This doll is very unique.  Purchased at an estate sale yesterday.  She is about 11" tall from the tip of feet to top of head.  The box she is sitting on is a little jewelry or trinket box.  It is marked Japan on the bottom.  When wound she turns with the music.  She has with her a precious little dog (pomeranian) or poodle?  Has on a pearl necklace.  Her dress is satin and does have some spots.  I tried to show in the pictures.  Not bad for an older doll.  Her legs are stocking like material and her head and arms and body are vinyl.  The trinket box is 3.5" tall making her overall height about 13.5" tall.  I have other pictures.  Her facial features are painted on.  Her arms and legs are posable.
