A superb, very large copper Ewer - classical Islamic form, beautifully constructed.
Could be Arab, Ottoman ... Eastern Mediterranean origins.
The finial on the lid is a cast bronze bird, so perhaps from Lebanon as the dove of peace is typical for the region, the handles are riveted & soldered.
Condition is good antique, it has recieved copper soldered repairs during its long history of usage (see images)
Altogether, a super & impressive piece.
Quite heavy, hence postage, or buyer can collect from Stockwell, S. London
