Package insurance:

All our items , unless specified , have full item value insurance from carrier. In case of problem CONTACT US FIRST and we will initiate claim from carrier they specify that the claim investigation can take up to 2 weeks.

Payment:

We accept PayPal only.

We expect payment to be cleared in 3 days a “nonpayment case” will be filled automatically after 8 days if payment not received.

Returns:

Please Contact us first upon a problem we will try our best to solve it.

It is customer’s responsibility to make sure the units will fit his need. We won’t accept returns for such case.

We only accept returns for non-working units (DOA) . Damaged pakage/units should be claimed to carrier.

Units will be refunded and eBay refund request accepted after buyer send good pictures of all around radio prior to send back to us and that item has been received back and inspected for parts swaps.
