| Q:How is it best to wash the garments? |
|
| A:We recommend that you either rinse out in cold water or use a mild detergent to wash your garment and then hang inside out in the shade. A laundry bag is also recommended but not essential.

| Q:Is there any Elastane/Lycra in your products? |
|
| A:No the fabric used is 53% Polyester and 47% PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate). Please note, there is a small % of elastane/lycra in the babies range and the children's Hawaii print and one of the Ladies swim suits but it is stated where lycra is used. |

Q:Does the Stinger Suit protect the wearer from jellyfish stings? |
|
| A:The Stinger suit acts an ideal safeguard against jellyfish stings as it has long legs and long sleeves however there it is no guarantee as such. The material is very light and soft, its not like a wetsuit material so its main purpose is to protect you from the harsh UV Sun of which it does a brilliant job. |

Q:How do we work out what size we are in the Reef Shoes? |
|
| A:The best way we feel to get your correct sizing is as per listing and that is to trace the bottom of your bare feet on a piece of paper, then measure from the heel to the top of your longest toe. Once you have your measurement in either centimetres or inches you just look at the chart provided on listing and you will see what size to choose. |

Q:What if I'm in between sizes for the Reef Shoes |

| A:It is best to go for the larger size if you measure in between sizes. |

Q:Does the Ladies Active Swimsuit/Sportswear garment have bust support in it? |

| A:No. This particular item does not have bust support but you can wear your own underneath if using for sports. |

Q:Does the Ladies One Piece Swimsuit have bust support? |
|
| A:Yes this item does have bust support in it and is very flattering to the figure. |

Q:What sort of material are the Stinger Suits made of? |
|
| A:They are made of the same material as all the other items which is 53% Polyester and 47% PBT - they are very soft to touch and nothing like wet suit material. |

Q:What are International Postage rates |
|
| A:Great Question: International Postage rates are calculated by weight and we will combine items to keep it as cheap as possible for you. |

Q:What is the difference between Airmail and Registered Post |
|
| A:For international, airmail is regular mail, not traceable and no signature required on delivery. Registered is traceable once it arrives in your country and not before and requires a signature on delivery. It is still sent by air of course and so delivery on airmail and registered will both be between 3 - 21 days depending on country you live in and other factors. If you pay for registered mail, we will automatically send by "pack and track" if your country allows as this will mean that your parcel is actually traceable from Australia to your doorstep and no signature is required.The cost is the same as registered post. |

Q:What is your response time to questions |

| A:We will definitely respond within 24 hours and most times within a much quicker time. We pride ourselves on communication to help give you a great shopping experience with us. Q:How do we know what size to go for? |
|
| A:Every listing has a measurement chart in centimetres and inches so please take note of every measurement required including length where you measure yourself from centre front neckline through crotch to centre back neckline. This is a very important measurement because if you dont get the length right the garment wont fit you correctly. |

Q:What is the correct size for my child? |
|
| A:Generally the size represents the age but please check the measurement chart on each listing. It is best to go up one size if they are in between sizes. Our swimwear is such great quality they will last for years and years so you may consider passing on to younger siblings. Buying a unisex colour is also a good idea for this reason. |

Q:Does the cost of international post include the packaging |

| A:Yes we incorporate the cost of the packaging into the total price. |

| A:Our reef shoes have removable innersoles so that you can take them out for easy washing or drying. |

Q:How do I know I have the correct size for the Ladies Swimsuits |

| A:On both styles of our women's one piece swimsuits I have put up a chart so you can check your measurements but it is important to make sure you take your length measurement from front neckline shoulder level, through crotch up to back neckline-shoulder level and also I have given you an example of my measurements & size to help you make your choice |

Q:Do the reef shoes have good grip |

| A:Yes the rubber soles are quite thick and have excellent grip. They are very good quality. |

Q:Can your sun protection swimwear garments handle extreme chlorine |
|
| A:Absolutely yes, our garments are made from a chlorine proof fabric that is designed to withstand harsh chlorine so they are used by swimming instructors who wear them for up to 15-20 hours a week in chlorinated water. |

Q:Are your products Unisex |
|
| A:Yes, the Rashies, Stinger suits, reef shoes and children's range are all unisex and so you can save buy passing down to a younger sibling. The quality is so good you will be able to do that after many years of wear. |

Q:Do you do Plus Size Swimwear? |
|
| A:Yes absolutely we sell plus size rashies and board shorts from 2XL to 7XL and swim tights from 2XL to 5XL. We also sell women's one piece bathers up to XXL. |

Q:Are the Adult swim shorts like a bike short? |

| A:Yes they are very much like a bike short but remember they do not contain lycra so they are soft breathable and very comfortable. |

Q:Do you have larger sizes than 5XL? |
|
| A:Yes we sell plus size rash shirts and board shorts in size 6XL and 7XL. |

Q:Do you do a size 18 in the ladies one piece swimwear? |
|
| A:Unfortunately we only go up to a size 16 which is also known as XXL. |

Q:Can the Stinger suits be used for walking and jogging, like the skins suits? |
|
| A:The material our Stinger suits are made from is durable for all sorts of land and water sports and does not contain lycra so the material breathes so they would be fine to use for walking and jogging if you wanted, however they wouldn't be as skin tight as the "skin suits" on the market. |

Q:How many reef shoes can you combine into one satchel |
|
| A:We can normally fit 4 pairs of Adult reefs in a variety of sizes but not all size 44 or we can get 2 adult pairs and 2 children pairs. Please wait for combined postage invoice to be sent if it doesn't automatically calculate postage for you. |

Q:How thick is the sole of the reef shoes? |
|
| A:At the thickest point which is from the heel to the the middle of the shoe its about 2cm thick and then from there its approx 1cm thick around. |

Q:Does it take you long to get stock in? |
|
| A:We normally place an order once a month, generally closer to the end of the month and stock arrives within a few days from within Australia. |

Q:How many seasons will the garments last? |
|
| A:The non lycra items will last approximately 8-9 seasons without breaking down. |

Q:How will I know if the garment will be a loose or close fit? |
|
| A:The listing will always stipulate whether the garment will be for a loose of close fit - it will be mentioned by the measurement chart. |

Q:What do you mean by the measurement - "chest around at armhole"? |
|
| A:Measure right around the chest at bust level for correct chest measurement. |

Q:Is the fabric thick enough to avoid any sort of transparency when wet? |
|
| A:Yes the quality fabric is fabulous and has a lovely soft and definitely not a thin feel to it, no transparency at all. |

Q:When do you post out items |
|
| A:As soon as the item is paid for we will ship out same day or at least within 1 business day unless of course we are waiting for a response from you in regards to an item. We use excellent quality Australia Post satchels or packaging. |
