This original textured oil painting is offered direct from the artist's studio. It is signed and dated with my name, and like all of my work listed here on eBay, this is an original painting, not a print or reproduction. The painting is sold unframed, and is painted on archival canvas stretched over standard, 3/4" thick solid wood stretcher bars.
The canvas is stapled to the back of the stretcher bars, so the painting hangs beautiful without a frame.
Painting comes ready to hang, with braided picture wire attached to the back of the canvas.

My name is Michael Creese. I was born in Chicago, Illinois, and studied art at Carnegie Mellon University, where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. I paint in oil on canvas and in watercolor. My oil paintings are created using an impasto technique, where paint is laid thickly on the canvas, imparting vibrant color and a lustrous, often highly-textured surface. Only high quality artist's materials, permanent lightfast pigments, and archival canvas mounted on solid wood stretcher bars are used in the creation of my work.
My original paintings are purchased by collectors throughout the United States, as well as internationally, and my unique style has been sold in print form by major art distributors and retailers. I am currently a member of the National Oil and Acrylic Painters' Society. |
