Different product I think. Yes we all sell light bars at the same length, same wattage, same LED brand even. But the material of the shell, heat dissipation ability, luminous efficiency, life span, and more details are unparalleled. You may not believe what we say, buy it home and you will see.
2. Are the pictures real?
Yes. We took photo for each product we sell separately. All pictures you see on our store are real. You may also write to us for pictures of special part you want to know more about, video even. We will do as you request within 1 workday.
3. What if I do not like it when receive?
We accept refurn. Please keep the item in original condition and package. Write to us and we will provide return address.
4. What's the warranty for your products?
We offer 1 year warranty. If not done by customers' misoperation, damaged products can be sent back for repire or refund.
5. What if the light is not as bright as others?
Well, that would be unlikely. We have faith in our own products. Our factory is the best in this industry. We do R&D by ourselves.We own patent for the newest series on the market: 5D lens series. Quality is life of our factory.

1. How is my item shipped and how long will it take?
We use UPS Ground Service(1-6 workdays) for US customers, USPS Priority Mail Parcels Tracked International Service(6-11 workdays) for Canada and Mexico customers.
2. Do you offer local pickup?
Sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not. Warehouse stuff are working their best to process orders as soon as they can. No extra time for visitors.
3. Do I get better price when buy more than 1 piece at a time?
Yes, we may save postage for you by combined shipping. Please send us best offer or email for consideration.
4. Why I haven't received it after 6 days?
UPS is the most reliable carrier we worked with for now, and if not delivered on time, you may call them or write to us. We guarantee you get your product or money.
