  • All Domestic packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail Service. $9.90US Shipping COST ONLY applies to the 48 Continental US states.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and all NON-US destinations are excluded and there will be a surcharges of $15.00 US.

  • All International packages are Shipped Via USPS International Priority Mail Service, Shipping cost will be calculated based on it's own weight and measurement and country of destination.

  • Returns/Exchanges must be sent back in NEW, UNWORN condition with original shoe box and original material/tags included. If you do not follow our guideline Returns/Exchange may not be accepted and subject to additional charges may apply. Make sure include your USER ID and ITEM # for ALL returns and exchange.
  • ALL item returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
  • Please do not ship returns/exchanges using the original shoe box as the shipping box, as they will not be accepted.
  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns/exchanges. (Both way shipping for exchange item).
  • Returns will be credited (less shipping charges (even if was free shipping), 20% restocking fees) within 3-4 business days upon receipt of return. Exchanges will also be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of return.
  • We understands that an order maybe received that does not fit quite the way you would like. And in this situation, we are more than happy to assist you with processing your return/exchange. We would ask that you first try your shoes on indoors. Returns/exchanges sent back showing wear and tear from outdoor usage will not be accepted.
  • Orders that are returned for a cancellation/refund are subject to $10.00 US restocking fees will be apply (Any purchase less than $40.00 US restocking fees will be $5.00 US).
  • Orders that are returned because the package was refused or the shipping address provided was invalid/incomplete or the order was not picked up are subject to all shipping charges incurred.

A: We are sorry but we cannot accommodate your request as our warehouse and offices are in separate locations.

Q: Can you change my shipping address to... ?
A: We are sorry but it is against eBay and PayPal rules to ship to any address besides the one on record. It is in both parties interest to be protected from lost, stolen or damaged goods by only shipping to the confirmed address. The only option if you want it shipped to a different address is to refund your order and have you purchase the item again.

A: Sorry but we do not allow local pick-up.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: For return instructions, please contact us first to
receive your return authorization notice and address. Item must be returned in the exact condition it was received with all accessories and tags. A 20% restocking fees will be charged. Once item has been received and inspected, we will proceed with buyer's request. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO address, but there will be additional surcharges of $10.00 US apply.

Q: How long will my return take to process?
A: Please allow up to 5 business days from our receipt of the item for processing. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be returned to you by the original method of payment chosen for the order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
