Returns Policy
1. If your item is damaged upon arrival, email us the photos of the damages with the packing material. We will file a claim with the carrier and insurance company within 2 business day. Please keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.
2. Please inspect the item(s) and check it with the photos we have in our listing page. If we shipped the wrong parts that you didn’t order, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to send it back. If you order the wrong parts (Please note that Euro Part Imports does not guarantee the product information provided by eBay, eBay partners or manufacturers contains no error, and they are for informational purpose only. If you are not a Mercedes/BMW expert, contact us and provide your VIN - "Vehicle ID Number" before your purchase), you may ship it back and request for refund. 3. Some of the items may require professional skill to install; we strongly recommend you have a professional person for help. We do not accept claims if you have installed/painted the items.
