​INSTRUCTIONS : Open retainer case and remove Accelerator light and Dual Tray. Dispense a drop of whitening gel onto a Q-tip  and then carefully paint the gel onto the visible teeth avoiding the gums. Quickly insert the Accelerator light and Dual Tray, and turn on light  for 15 minutes Turn light off and detach light from tray.  Rinse tray in cool water, then shake dry.  Store in retainer case provided. Use once daily for up to two weeks or until you receive desired results. If any discomfort occurs remove the tray, rinse, and store. Wait  one to two days, and then use less Gel. Batteries lasts for 30 hours continuous use which is approximately 120 treatments  (15 minutes per treatment)
