Welcome and thanks for viewing my listing , Up for auction is a nice 17th century Rue Thiroux Marie Antoinette glass cooler in the Sprig and Cornflower pattern. This piece stands approx. 4.25" tall and 6" handle to handle. Condition is excellent and the cooler retains an impressive amount of its gold gilding , almost perfect. There are 4 very tight lines at the top ranging from 1" to 2". These look like glaze or craze lines that's how tight they are . The rest of the piece remains chip, crack and repair free. Body shows almost no wear and is in superb condition for its age.
