Not all add-ons will work 100% of the time, as they do go down for maintenance, repair and upgrades and some shut down all together. Not all sources stream in HD quality, formats can and do vary. Streaming services of movies and TV content depends on the video sources availability. Most of these sources are updated daily, weekly and video quality can vary.. Some are constantly being worked on and some are not. So you may encounter intermittent in their functionality. In addition, this streaming device depends greatly on the availability of the video sources. We not responsible for any changes to add-on functionality or video sources. This item does not provide you free content from the Amazon menu, Showtime, HBO etc. Voice Remote only operates on the Amazon side and does not operate while in any of the addons.
All Fire TV Sticks are loaded and tested to ensure they are properly working. You will have to register for a free account with Amazon to access their media content (prices can vary to purchase their content). Most add-ons and content is free, some add-ons to have a media content charge. Special request for specific add-on will be taken into consideration and add additional shipping time. We choose to leave Adult addons unloaded as we feel we are selling more to a family clientele, this can be added upon request. We will not add other Amazon Apps other than Modbro. Included with purchase is a step by step guide to ensure proper set up on both the Fire Stick. You can ask any questions needed regarding set up and programs via email and a response will be returned promptly.
There will be a reload fee if you Reset to Factory Setting on the Fire TV Stick. By doing this you will lose all data that is loaded on this device. This will be a $30 program reload and set up fee which includes my shipping charge.
