La botella-caja puede presentar signos leves de deterioro dado que proviene de cierre de perfumería. Todos los productos que vendemos son 100% originales, comprados directamente a fábrica. En 2014 cerramos nuestra última perfumería en Mallorca (Playas de Muro). Todos los perfumes y artículos que puede encontrar a la venta en nuestra tienda provienen del stockage sobrante posterior al cierre.
Los envios los realizamos el mismo día de la compra, si esta se efectúa antes de las 13h. Para las compras a partir del mediodía, se envían el día siguiente. La empresa de transportes utilizada es MRW servicio económico con una entrega comprendida entre 36 y 72 horas HÁBILES. En todos los casos la entrega del pedido se realiza en un tiempo máximo de 3 días.
