• Are there any extra costs? No
• How much is the postage to my location outside of the UK? - It depends where you are located, email us and we will get you a price.
• What delivery service do you use in the UK and are the items insured? We use either an overnight carrier signed for service or Royal Mail Recorded delivery and the parcel is insured for £50 included in the shipping price.
• I have some parts missing on my Rowe Ami Jukebox do you supply spares? We have a large stock of spare parts for most Rowe AMI Jukeboxes. If you let us know what you need if we have it, we can list the item on eBay for you so that you can purchase it.
• I see you are VAT Registered do you supply a VAT invoice? Yes we supply a full VAT invoice where applicable.
• Do you repair Rowe AMI components such as Circuit Boards and Power Amplifiers ?  Yes we do, See our Shop.
• Do You ship out on a weekend? No we only ship out Monday to Friday as we are a commercial business.
• I live close to your location can I call in? Yes you can, though phone before making the journey. Our Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
