The Sony F5/F55 Baseplate is designed specifically to accommodate the rod to lens height on thesecameras. The fixed height of the baseplate puts the included 12” rods at the correct height to mount a follow focus and matte box. The baseplate attaches to your camera with a ¼ 20 and 3/8 16 screw and has a standard tripod mounting ¼ 20 and 3/8 16 screw holes underneath.
