For UK orders, items are dispatched using SECOND CLASS delivery via Royal Mail. It is not tracked and it takes around 3 days to arrive at your mailbox.
For international orders, items are dispatched using international ECONOMY delivery via Royal Mail. If your country is not listed, please send me a message and I'll calculate shipping costs for you.
FOR OTHER OPTIONS OF DELIVERY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE (TRACKED/PROOF OF DELIVERY/NEXT DAY), PLEASE CONTACT ME.
Dispatch is done within 1-3 working days, after payment is received and cleared, though should there be any delays during busy periods we will inform you. FOR CUSTOM ORDERS, dispatch estimation vary according to the length of time I need to make the pieces.
For international customers, please be aware if your country apply any customs charge.
If you change your mind about your order or if it is flawed, we are happy to accept returns within 15 days, if it has not been worn and in the original packaging.
Custom orders don't apply to the policies above unless they are flawed.
If you need your item(s) to be returned, please convo me and I will send you all the information required to do it.
