They have a screw top lid with a flip up cover, which allows you to drink without unscrewing the cap & prevents your coffee from spilling whilst on the move.
We've found that these travel mugs can keep your drink hot for up to 1 hour, we tested them by filling them with hot water, just off the boil, and then measured the temperature, after half an hour the temperature was 75°C, and after 1 hour the temperature was still a perfectly drinkable 62°C.
The lid has a clever clip mechanism that latches over the rim of the lid, which also seals both the drinking hole, and another small hole which allows air back into the mug whilst drinking, this prevents any 'glugging' & makes it much easier to drink from.
