The most of the listings in our shop require immediate payment, this means that you will not be able to proceed with the order if the payment is not placed before. This is due to avoid a high number of canceled orders.

For listings not requiring the immediate payment, this last has to be placed within 3 days from the purchase. Failing this will cause the cancellation of the order.

 

We typically dispatch our orders within 4-5 days by the order, and we are constantly committed to reduce the handling time where possible. We use various shipping services, including ePacket, Fedex, DHL, USPS, and other minor couriers and postal services. Each product listing will show what service is used for the item that you are willing to buy.

Typically we offer different shipping options for the same item in order to meet your needs. You will find these options during the checkout process, where you will be able to select different optional services. A faster shipping service requires an additional cost.

eBay shows the expected delivery time for each item, according to the parameters that we input during the listing process. This is approximate, but we are typically able to respect it. Delays might occur.

If you don’t receive your order within the expected delivery time, please contact the courier in order to have more information about the delay or the missed delivery, or contact us so that we can investigate on it.

However, you might still want to return your item, maybe because you don’t like it, or it doesn’t really meet your expectations.

If you want to return your purchase, our suggestion is to open a return case on eBay, or if this bothers you, just contact us stating that you wish to return your item. No Questions Asked! We are able to handle the returns and refunds pretty quickly. In high sales seasons (i.e. Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) the returns handling could be longer than usual.

The items have to be returned to our warehouse. Our warehouses have different locations, so it will be our pleasure to inform you where to return your item time by time.
