Payment

Within the UK, payment by Paypal, cheque, postal orderor cash on collection.

Outside of the UK I can only accept payment by Paypal.

Dispatch

I aim to post next working day but no more than 4 working days.

I always dispatch to paypal invoice address unless asked to do otherwise.

Lost or delayed parcels are totally out of my control.

If your parcel is delayed due to postal services please do not mark my dispatch time down.

I always get proof of postage, so claims for undelivered items are always possible.

Postage Discount and cost

The postage price includes all the packaging and the actual postage cost. When purchasing multiple items if you do not ask for a postage discount full price for each item will be charged. I always give postage discount when ever possible but can only do this when asked before payment has been made!

Returns and Refunds

Returns will only be accepted for items that are incorrect, Damaged or not as described. Only the cost of the item will be refunded not the postage, and the return shipping cost will be met by the sender.
