Because we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we preview and inspect each item thoroughly at the time of packaging. If an item has been shipped out from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, MaxAroma accepts 100% responsibility for that item.

All Returns and Exchanges, and any Refunds pertaining to those Returns and Exchanges, are dependent on the condition of the returned merchandise. Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped).

To receive a Full Refund on returned merchandise, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition received by customer. Unless the item(s) was initially purchased as "Unboxed," the item(s) will need to be returned in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition. If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item does not qualify for a Full Refund. If an item has been shipped out from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, MaxAroma accepts 100% responsibility for that item.

Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped). Any item that is qualified for a full or partial refund, may also qualify for store credit.

If an item being returned has been opened, or otherwise not returned in the original condition in which it was received by customer, it may only qualify for a Partial Refund. Here at MaxAroma, we aim to provide the fastest and most efficient service within the range of our capability. This means that our shipping department processes and ships orders as soon as possible, in the order they are received. Orders placed prior to 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped the same day (business days only). Orders places after 11:00 am EST, will be shipped the following day before 1:00 pm EST (business days only). A tracking number will be sent to customers at the time of shipment. MaxAroma operates on business days only.

Orders placed before 11:00 am EST, will not qualify for cancellation unless they have not yet shipped. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST must be cancelled by 11:00 am EST following the time of the purchase (business days only). If you have not received a shipment confirmation e-mail, and would like to know if your order qualifies for cancellation, please contact us.

If an order has already been shipped, it may not be cancelled. Cancellation only applies to orders which have not yet been shipped. Any cancellation request after shipment will be considered a Return or Exchange case, and customer must follow our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
