The USPS now charges $2.60 for a First Class Hand Sorted
Padded Envelope (with Tracking) that weighs between 1 and 8 ounces.
I
will keep my professional Padded Envelope shipping at only $2.56 for the first card, and keep the
combined shipping at only $0.50 for each additional card.
I

and then mailed within a yellow bubble wrapped padded envelope, to make sure it gets to you in the same quality it leaves here.
