I would say the coat is true to size, I am a size 10 and fits well, though could also be ok for a size 8 ( Euro 36 US 4 ) for a slightly looser fit
From the Topshop Premium range so well made and more expensive!!

Lovely short pile faux fur .. a sandy beige background colour with black/brown leopard spots
Fastens with 3 large buttons
Sleeves are cropped length
Fully lined with a black lining - see pics
Comes to mid thigh length on me, and I'm 5' 8" tall
The coat has been worn a while ago but very few times, then stored away, so may need an airing or dry cleaning before wear to freshen it up!!
