We will normally dispatch your order within two days of receiving cleared payment. UK deliveries are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. You will not be charged for this service. Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery. Courier UK deliveries are chargeable at the checkout. Please allow one business day for delivery. European deliveries are normally sent by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Rest of the World deliveries are normally sent by Royal Mail Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery, depending on location. If you have questions about your recent purchase from our eBay outlet store or if you have general questions about our products please do not hesitate to contact us. We will advise on the best course of action to minimise inconvenience. Please send us a message via eBay to discuss your circumstance. You will receive a delivery note with your order. This has our return address and a returns slip at the bottom for you to fill out. Once completed, please include this in your return package so we can process your return as efficiently as possible. We will inform you as soon as your item has been returned to us and your exchange/replacement/refund is being processed. When a return is authorised and you are sending any item back please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning e.g. recorded delivery through Royal Mail. Returns costs will be covered for any items that are faulty or damaged that have been authorised for return. We are happy to exchange unwanted items or items that do not fit, but the cost of return postage is not covered in these circumstances.
