GENERAL PRODUCT INFO - inc plugs and power  Most products stocked are purchased directly from the manufacturer and are supplied with the manufacturer's full guarantee. Electrical mains operated products are supplied (unless stated) with a 3-pin UK plug and operate (unless stated) on UK/Euro 220-240 volts. A travel plug adaptor will be required for use outside the UK. Selected travel products where shown will include European convertor plugs. Others, where stated, will operate at different voltages (110v – North American). Please get in touch if more product information is required. SELLER INFORMATION We stock a wide selection of health and beauty products, specialising in professional hair styling tools. Most products stocks are professional products and are used in hair and beauty salons. We are on the lookout for quality new products. Please re-send any message if a reply is not received within 24 hours. Please note, we are closed on all Bank Holidays and at weekends, but will aim normally to answer any messages within 4 hours or on the next working day. Office hours will be reduced during school holidays.

RETURNS – Damages & defects Every effort is made to ensure your purchase arrives "AS NEW". Additional wrapping will be added where required. Please report any damages on receipt. Please advise us of any defects within 7 days of receipt. Damaged and defective items should be sent to: PMCL *UK) LTD, PO Box 4260, Sheffield, S8 2EP. Please include; order number, contact details and a brief note giving the reason for return. On receipt a replacement will be sent.

RETURNS – Unwanted items Any unwanted items should be returned as soon as possible "AS NEW" unused and still (where applicable) in the factory sealed bag. A refund will be raised once the goods have been checked. A restocking fee may be charged where the product is no longer "as new" or where product packaging is missing.
For any return where we are at fault, return postage costs at either 2nd class or standard parcel rate (for any parcels over 1kg), will be refunded. International returns should be sent by standard air mail. Any additional costs incurred for premium mail return services will be incurred by the sender. Please also include a brief summary with your return, including contact details, payment date and the reason for the return. This will speed up our returns process.

Personal items, (including razors and epilators) can only be returned, when opened, if faulty.


DELIVERY  Almost all items are currently sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Hermes (for larger items). Please call if alternative methods of delivery are required. We do not currently offer a parcel collection service. Orders are therefore only accepted on the basis that the buyer will return any item (where required) by post (or equivalent). Under guarantee items that fail during use are returned at the buyer's expense. International items often take longer to deliver than Royal Mail quote. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
