Store Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Any questions / problems / concerns you may have will be answered during the store hours.  

Payment:

We only accept PayPal for payment method. Shipment will only be sent to PayPal confirmed shipping address. Payments must be made within 7 days of close of auction. All Buy It Now items must be paid right away.

Shipping:

We ship smaller items via USPS Priority Mail and larger items UPS at our discretion. All UPS items are mailed every Tuesday and Thursday. All tracking numbers will be sent out via email from EBay to PayPal provided address.

All items are packaged with great care and items may not be shipped in Anti-Static Wrap/Bags (In order to keep shipping cost down).

Returns:

Buyer should contact us within 14 days. Refund given as Money Back. Buyer pays return shipping.

Our products are pre-owned and have been professionally tested and inspected. Even though we put our best effort forward sometimes there may be problems or defects that were not discovered during testing process.

The item is used and may have some discoloration, scrapes, scuffing, permanent markings, or sticker residue.
