You are considering some nice Shimano 9 Speed parts that all came off of the same early 2000s Litespeed Saber.  The parts are used but were working nicely when removed.  The brake caliper was upgraded.  Also, an extra front derailleur is included.  All parts are listed below.   Spec's:

-Shimano Dura Ace 7700 Crankset, 170mm length, 53/39 Shimano rings
-Shimano Ultegra Octalink Bottom Bracket, English threaded, surface wear but the bearings are tight and smooth
-Shimano Dura Ace 7700 9 Speed rear derailleur, short cage
-Shimano Dura Ace 7700 9 Speed front Derailleur, braze on
-Shimano 105 5600 Rear Brake caliper
-1 bottle cage
-1 Carbon Concepts quick release skewer
-1 Extra Shimano 105 front derailleur, braze on
