PLEASE NOTE: The price stated under the postage section is for a standard delivery to all English/Welsh counties.   

IMPORTANT: Items under 20kg - Will be delivered using a parcel courier. These are normally despatched on a 2-3 working day service. Although some outlying areas can take longer. 

Delivery Times:

·      Mon-Fri: 8am to 6pm. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

·      This service is NOT guaranteed, and we cannot be held liable for delays caused outside of our control such as couriers not finding properties, customers not being present and various other reasons

·      We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery requirements but cannot guarantee any time or date.

Collection Information:

·      Collection is available to all of our winning bidders upon APPOINTMENT ONLY. There is no charge for collection.

·      Collection is Monday to Friday only. As our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

·      Please feel free to make a booking via Email or Telephone (see contact information below).

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us immediately regarding a return.

Please make sure that when an item is delivered to you, you FULLY inspect the item before accepting it/signing for it. If there are ANY issues at all with the item, please REJECT it rather than accepting it. It is important to do this as we cannot enter into discussions about the cosmetic condition once you've deemed to have accepted the item.

If the item is under its warranty period and the item is faulty, we will fully cover all parts and labour costs require to repair or supply an alternative product or refund. This decision will remain at the companies discretion. Items deemed to be "misused" or "tampered with" will have their warranty classed as "void". The company bears no liability or responsibility for faulty plumbing or connections.

The company does not accept any liability implied or otherwise for loss of earnings, damage of any nature or loss of foodstuffs resulting from the goods becoming faulty.

The company does not accept any liability for any installation, de-installation charges that the buyer may incur from an item becoming faulty.

Cancellations:

Under the sale of goods act - distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt. If the item has already been delivered it must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
