Selling of the Products
-All the Items and quantity that we post on eBay are in our stock.
-Items can stay posted on eBay after they sold out but in this case the quantity will be showing as zero.
-Pre Order items will be sold before we get them in stock. See section -Pre order Items.
-Pictures of the models in our lists for illustration only.
Condition of the products
-All items are new, parts are sealed or in zipper bag depends on how it was manufactured.
-Box can be sealed or not sealed depends on how it was manufactured and distributed to our shop.
-All items are refundable see section -Return policy.
Quality of the products
-We sell different brands of plastic model kits with different quality.
-Some brands that we sell have world top quality, those items manufactured using up to date technology. 
-Some other brands that we sell, manufactured using short run injection molding technology. Usually those brands produce very exotic models for professional enthusiasts who like challenge and rare prototypes.
-Short run injection molding technology can have as good as less good quality.
-Items that produced by Short run injection molding technology will be noted in sale description of the particular product. If you not sure what you purchase please contact us with questions.
Payment
-We accept PayPal only.
-Full payment must be done up to 7 business days after auction is ended or item was purchased. If we not receive full payment in the noted period of time the order will be canceled without any notice.
-Payment for combined shipping will be made after we will send you an invoice. Please avoid paying for each item separately if you plan to make a combined purchase.
Packaging
-We do our best that your products arrive to you in good order. That is why we use quality packaging materials, cardboard boxes, air bubble wrap and air bubble envelopes.
-Some kits of figures of brands like Master box, MiniArt and some others can be sent in bubble envelope. The box will be unfolded to make low volume and the parts will stay sealed.
-Items that will be sent in bubble envelope will be noted in sale description of the particular product. If you want this product but want it to be sent to you in a box please contact us.
-In case of combined shipping, we can unfold one or more boxes to make the package more compact, it is not a rule that we will do so but remember less volume more save on shipping. If you purchase more than one item and don’t want them to be unfold, Please send us a massage.
Shipping and Handling
-Usually we ship the same or next business day but we reserve the option for us to send up to three business days.
-We do worldwide shipping. We ship from Ukraine, Europe.
-Shipping is made by airmail with tracking number almost for all counties.
-Buyer pays all duties fees, Please contact your customs office for more information.
-We ship without any invoices or CN22 Customs forms, small packets from our country not required it. If you need one please contact us before you make your purchase. Extra fees may apply.
-Countries that don’t have tracking option will be added to exclude list and they will be asked to contact us for shipping conditions.
-Usually shipping time takes from 1-2 weeks to Europe, 2-5 weeks to North And South America and up to 1.5 month to Asia and other countries. Shipping time is not a rule it depends on how fast postal service and customs offices work.
-We do combined shipping to save your money, See description in section -Combined purchase.
-We charge actual shipping costs and don’t try to make money from shipping, our handling fees very low and we charge only for the shipping materials.
-Pre Order Items will be shipped after we got them in stock. See section –Pre order items.
Warranty and Return policy
-We guarantee 100% satisfaction to our customers.
-All items can be returned if you are not satisfied with the product. You should contact us within 14 days and return the item within 30 days after you received it.
-Product must be returned in original package and sealed the same as you received it. Refund will be sent after we inspect the product. If the item will be not in original package we reserve the right to decide to refund you a fully or partly.
-Defective item can be returned. We give warranty only for our services. Warranties for the products give Manufacture Company. In case you received a defective item please try contact Manufacture Company for replacement. If you don’t succeed, you can send item to us. Full amount and original shipping only will be refunded. If you have only few defective parts or sprues we can get you new parts from our distributor and we will send it to you. You will need to contact us and send clear pictures of the defective parts. In any case please contact us first.
-If your item was damage during the shipping, you need to open a claim in your postal office because it is not our fault. This Item can’t be returned.
-Customer pays return shipping cost.
Feedback
-Feedback is very important part of our business. It will help us to grow, improve feedback scores, our service and selling experience.
-If you are satisfied with your purchase please don’t forget to leave honest feedback.
-We will leave feedback after you send us yours.
-Please remember when you leave feedback for shipping time, the “Shipping time” means how much time took to seller to send the item and not how much time took to postal service to deliver it. We don’t have any control over the postal service after we drop parcel at the post office.
-If you feel that you want to leave us a negative or neutral feedback please contact us and we try to change your mind
-No refund or any other action will be taken, if you leave us negative feedback before you contact us and try to resolve your issue,

-Combined shipping calculated by weight and volume of the package
-For estimate prices you can contact us and tell us what you are planning to purchase.
-For regular combined purchase please add items to the cart and ask for invoice.

-Selling items marked as pre order are popular products that are supposed to come to market in the near future.
-Items that sale as Pre order will be noted in sale description of the particular product.
-Usually we post Pre order items for sale few weeks before we get them in stock.
-Pre order items will be shipped after we get them in stock using regular shipping rules.
-If manufacturer change dates of release we will contact and update the customer with all information.
