Excellent condition. Tested and works. Motor operates but car doesn't move. Gear has probably slipped. Missing roof and figure for ejector seat. Couldn't get ejector seat to work but that may be tied to the car not moving issue. Rust spots inside battery compartment. Bumpers show fading. 

Smoke free.
