Really nice condition on the device. No major marks or scratches on the screen nor the back. All buttons work and feel like new. Smart Cover has a few blemishes from use. Hard case has some scratches from normal travel and use. The case protects it well. 

iPad will be wiped to factory settings before shipment. Just like new for its new home!
