In the middle of a Judo fight, it is rare to see the fighter use more than three or four different techniques. Each one of the fighters knows how to apply more than fifty techniques on his opponent.

 

This shows that the knowledge of a maximum of techniques is not the most important thing; the fighter has to learn how to prepare himself and how to place his techniques within the fight.

 

The purpose of this video is to show you the main methods and the tips that the champions use in order to resolve problematic attitudes shown by their opponents.

 

Many lessons, exercises and opening techniques are shown and explained.
