This is the Subterranean Press lettered edition, limited to 52 copies signed by the author and the artist, half bound in leather and cloth, housed in a custom traycase.

Brand new copy, never read.  It hasn't been taken out of the wrapper so I don't know what # of 52 it is.  I purchased this directly from Subterranean Press.  Retail on this book was $1,500 before it sold out.  I am listing it for $200 below retail with the option to make an offer.
