To use, simply lay your texture sheet on a flat surface, roll your sugarpaste over the texture sheet to imprint the design, then carefully peel away your fondant.

The texture sheets are perfect for creating designs to wrap around the tiers of cakes and covering large areas in the design of your choice.Made from durable, food grade plastic, they emboss better than other sheets available on the market, through a huge range of different mediums, giving you a clean, crisp finish.

This range of Sweet Elite tools and decorating equipment has been designed and created by a selection of the best and most well-known cake artists and decorators around and made specifically with other bakers in mind. They have been designed to ensure the most professional finish possible whilst making them easy to use for all decorators whether novice or expert.

The sheets can also be used to textures for clothing on cake models and toppers and once embossed, you can decorate using lustre dusts, edible paints or simply colouring in using edible pens.

The range of texture sheets can be used to emboss a huge range of mediums including: sugarpaste/fondant, modelling paste, flower paste, modelling chocolate and cookie dough as well as a range of non-edible materials such as modelling clay. We would advise however, that is using the tools with non-edible materials, not to then use them with edible mediums as the cutters will no longer be deemed food safe.
