Whilst these toy boxes are intended for children, we would like to remind parents that young children & babies should be supervised at all times when using this item.

Once signed for, we nor the delivery company is liable for any damages unless damage noted on the delivery receipt. Damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Returns
• Returns will ONLY be accepted within 14 days, if item is faulty or damaged in transport (see above). Please contact me with photographic evidence . On return of item within 14 days following receipt of original, the customer will receive a refund less applicable postage at a cost of £10 classed as free postage on listing. Personalisation is also non-refundable at a cost of £10. All postage is non refundable.
