This is the second generation of soundmatters foxL with less than 30 days use. Basically an open box item being sold as is, with no returns, but it does have a 90 day warranty (if you use the Buy It Now) in that it will be repaired or replaced if it stops working within 90 days of the purchase. These came out at the beginning of 2010, and they improved the sound, battery life, Bluetooth range and background noise in the Bluetooth mode when compared with the V1. There have been 2 updates to the foxLs since, the V2.2 and the V2.2 apt-X. This is neither of those, it is the V2. There is no factory power switch, but this can be easily turned on or off using a pen or something similar. AC adapter/charger and accessories, and the 90 day warranty will be included only if you use Buy It Now. Otherwise the auction is just for the foxL if you make an offer and it is accepted. If you live outside of the U.S. you will need to return your item to the U.S. for warranty service
