This is an Antique French 19th Century Sevres hand-painted cup & saucer plate.The cup is decorated with the picture of a bearded noble man.Both items are marked with the Sevres mark on the bottom.

Dimensions; Approximately the cup is 2.5'' inches Tall, 3.5'' inches long, 2.7'' inches wide.The plate is 4.9'' inches wide.
