We aim to dispatch all item(s) purchased before 3pm o'clock Monday to Friday on the same day with the Recorded 2-3 Working Day Delivery Service. items ordered after 3 pm on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Tracking numbers are provided for all dispatched order for customer satisfaction and delivery accuracy.

For International and overseas customers we accept PayPal only.

International deliveries are made using Royal Mail, please allow 3-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. We attempt to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from when the order has been placed. A large percentage of orders get dispatched the same day when placed on a working day.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our products.

Customs and Import Charges::

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns

Simply if you are not happy with your item, send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it in its original packaging unused and unworn condition and we will issue a full refund, once we receive the item(s). However, please contact us with the details if an exchange is needed and we will be more than happy to do so, if we have it in stock. if we do not have the required item in stock, we will issue a full refund.

we recommended all items are sent back using tracked recorded delivery. if an item is lost we will then be able to track it. Should an item get lost in transit without tracking reference it is the customer's to follow that up.
