Green painted helmet Chinese GK80a exported to Albania.   Cotton web liner with vinyl band backed by soft black rubber.  spot welded clips for chinstrap - no original chinstrap with this helmet.  Chinstrap tied to band - just a piece of camo material.  No size marking but measures 6 1/2" wide by 8" long and is adjustable.
