This is a brand new, factory sealed Alcatel One Touch W800. It doubles as a USB modem and Wifi hotspot. It creates a Wifi network that lets you connect up to 10 devices to share the LTE connection. You can power it via USB or another common 5V power source (cell phone charger, battery, etc). It comes with a blank T-Mobile SIM.
