Shipping:

We aim to ship all items within two days of receiving payment. We use Royal Mail standard parcels. Should you require an alternative postal service then please do not hesitate to contact us and we shall do our best to accommodate your request. UK customers should receive their purchase within three days of payment being received. For customers outside the UK delivery times may vary depending on your domestic postal service.  Please see below for a list of postal charges.

Returns, refunds and exchanges:

If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase then please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Items returned within 30 days will either be refunded, in full or exchanged for item/s up to the value of your original purchase.  Please note, when refunding a purchase, we will refund the cost for the item and the original cost of shipping. We will not refund any charges incurred in shipping the item/s back to us.

Returns and exchanges will be provided on the condition that all items are returned unworn and in the condition that they were received. Where possible, tags should not be removed. We retain the right to refuse to accept items that have been worn or damaged.

We reserve our right to refuse returns/exchanges after 30 days from the item being received. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to return the item/s within the 30-day timeframe then please contact us. Any refund/exchange provided after this time will be at our discretion.
