This is the 1995 self-titled Alice in Chains CD. The cover booklet and CD itself were both signed in-person by rock & roll bad boy Jerry Cantrell! He signed his full name on the booklet and just his initials on the CD!

Also comes with 2 8x10 inch black & white promotional photos from the record company!

Comes with COA from collector who obtained the autograph, me.
