KIT means that you can get a complete foam body of the plane, prebuilt but not pre-assembled; No any electronics are loaded. Some of HSD Airplanes KIT come with landing gears, while some not, coz some retracts are made by CNC way, it is expensive.   

PNP means you can get the RTF minus RC system as well as battery.    

RTF (Ready To Fly) means that you get a complete playable model which includes everything including electronic parts—equipped model itself and RC system, battery and so on, by which you can play after you slightly assemble it.
