    If you have not upgraded to the 2.1 firmware, you will need to do so.  Please just ask and we'll send you the link to download the firmware and also a link to a youtube video showing the upgrade.  It's very easy.

      We give a one month warranty (upon shipping arrival) on all of our items which is long enough to have it installed and know that it is working perfectly. If for some reason the product becomes faulty after this date, we will still work with you on a solution.
