Gift Wrapping

Choose to have your items gift wrapped for an additional £2.99 per item, and they will be beautifully presented in silver gift paper and white ribbon.

Each gift wrapped item includes a personal message card with space for a 200 character message of your choice, please send this to us with your personalisation.

Please note that during peak seasons gift wrapped items may delay despatch by up to 1 day, Gift wrapping may vary in colour and design.

Send us a message after you have placed your order, if you would like to add Gift Wrapping and we will send you a separate PayPal invoice.

Personalised items take time to be manufactured, the expected time to despatch is shown in the product description above.

If you need your item by a certain date, be sure to choose an appropriate delivery method. You can choose your delivery method during the eBay checkout. (Tap the 'Post to Me' button if you are using the eBay app)

We cannot be held responsible if an item does not arrive in time, if you have not selected an appropriate delivery method.
Our free delivery method makes no delivery date guarantee and is not suitable if you need your item in a hurry.

Buying as a gift? We don't send any invoices, receipts or anything which shows the price paid with our products.

Item Not Received? If you have not received your order within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, please first check with your neighbours and then your local Royal Mail delivery office. Most customer find their parcels at the delivery office even though they never received a red collection card. If you are still unable to find your parcel, please contact us.

Payment

We only accept payment by PayPal on eBay. For your security we will only despatch to the address provided to us by PayPal.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days.

We do not accept returns on personalised items, so please double check names, dates and spellings before ordering.

If do not receive your item or it has a manufacturing fault, or is damaged in transit, please contact us, including a photo if appropriate and we can arrange a replacement.
