Small Horn speaker for 1920s Battery radios

I’m not sure who manufactured the horn part but the driver (which works) is marked 

Inter-Ocean Radio Corp.

Type A

Jersey City N.J.

I tried it with a battery radio and the sound is pretty bad so if you are looking for a 

good horn speaker just to plug in and use, this isn’t the one to buy.  

On the other hand it’s an interesting looking adjustable small speaker which looks good next to a small early one or two tube battery radio or just on the shelf.

It already has one previous (before me that is) repair where the two parts of the horn were joined together (see the photos) so consider 

 that it needs to be cleaned, restored, repaired, or used for parts…good drivers alone are hard to come by!
