The oversized book has 448 pages and is in Good condition. The book has a small ¼ inch tear on the front cover, a couple of cracks on the spine, a couple of light creases, a small tear at the bottom of the spine and foxing/ discoloration to the interior newsprint pages. Be sure to check out all of the scans that I have provided.
