This VINTAGE HARRISBURG, PA POLICE ID CARD is from 1944. It apparently belonged to GEORGE D. DUNKLE. It was signed by the mayor. Based on the item type & its age I would say it's in GOOD condition. It is 3 3/4" by 2 5/16".
