Both great DVD's. I can say with certainty that they work! My wife and I did these for 1 year. My body changed noticeablely within 3 weeks.
I just sold my TV and surround sound system with DVD player, so cannot use them anymore. We are doing TV stuff now, but I will miss these DVDs.
