Vtg MCM Paint by Number PBN Landscape Trees Mountains Water 12x14 w/ Frame

This lovely and charming paint by numbers image depicts a landscape with a stream and trees.  It is framed is a nice period wood frame.  The oils are in overall good shape after all these years.  

Painting size is 8 x 10 and the frame size is 12 x 14 inches.  Would be a wonderful addition to any home or office. Frames show a bit of wear and dings as shown in the images. 

The  pictures are in good shape no flaking or missing paint, see images for shadow marks.  On the back of the oil there are some spots.
