In case of any hardware issue please contact us , in most cases you don’t need to send the whole unit back to us , upon RMA we will ship you the defective parts to replace .

In case of any issues with the item you've received, it’s the buyer's responsibility to contact us through message within 7 days to report a problem with the item.

Return:

Any return made will be buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

The item must be return exactly as delivered and not disassembled , Parts removed  or modified in any way.

Once the return item has received and verified for the problem that described by the buyer, we then provide an exchange unit by paying the shipped coast (we pay the shipping to you for the replacement Unit /Part) or full refund will be given.

Taxes:

Canadian Buyers :

All Canadian Buyers are required to pay taxes by-law ,

ONT resident will pay 13% HST .

For other Canadian provinces eBay will automatically add TAX amount to your final invoice based on your Provincial TAX rate.

US Buyers :

US buyer will not pay any Sales Tax with amount of Purchase ,

When item ship to USA the buyer is exempt to pay any taxes and duty for the item valued $800 or below , we declare exact same value of the item as you pay on eBay

Any Purchase over the value of $800 have to pay if any TAX , Duty , Custom , Brokerage fee or any other charges based on your local Duty Tariff and Taxes Rate .

We include commercial invoice with the shipment to USA.

·       Local pickup is available by appointment only from our store located in Scarborough (east Part of Toronto) Please call or email us for appointment. Sorry no pickup without appointment.

·       We do accept Debit Card, Credit Card and Cash payment at our Store.

·       Canadian shipping order We ship with FedEx Ground but not limited

·       Your order will be shipped next business day upon Payment confirmation, in some cases it may take upto 3 business days for the item to be shipped out.

·       Express shipping is available at extra charge.

·       Shipping on Buyers account is also available.

·       All Canadian Order will be shipped with Canada Post , FedEx Ground or Purolator

·       US Orders will be shipped with USPS , Canada Post , FedEx Ground or DHL
