I do work with you if there is a problem because I know that things happen, and there could be an error, or the shipping company destroys an item, etc. In that type of case, I will either refund or replace. I just have a large collection of collectables, etc., and do not need them all, thus the sale to you. I am just a one man with a job like most people and list things when I can. You will be better off to contact me through the eBay Ask Seller a Question service than using my regular email. I usually respond to all questions at least once a day when I am selling. If I have nothing selling, then it is less frequently.
